Efrat Avnet Steinberg,

Efrat’s career spans over 20 years across legal, Business Development, and operational domains in key positions. 

Before co-founding INNER, she served as a lawyer in a wide variety of commercial transactions before moving onwards to product management and later business development roles. Her passion always lay within innovation and bringing new products from an idea phase all the way to implementation, first within large corporations in the telecommunication and smart cities domains and later supporting startups in their journey.  

As the Head of Mobile Financials Products in Cellcom Israel she initiated and managed the launch of several Mobile Wallet solutions, among the first of their type at the time, requiring complex collaborations across technological and financial institutions. She served as the Director of Business Development and Entrepreneurship at the Economic development Authority of Tel Aviv where she initiated and oversaw large scale entrepreneurial activities such as a car and a bicycle sharing schemes and a City Payment Card (combined credit card and a municipal social club). Efrat served as COO of Startupbootcamp Amsterdam, where she oversaw operations for Europe’s largest accelerator outside the US, and has served as a business development consultant for startups in the last decade.

Efrat’s credentials include an MBA (Marketing) from Bar Ilan University and an LLB from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem. She is also an accredited mediator and believes in building strong relationships with employees, business partners and other stakeholders. She is also a full-blown positive thinker and tends to always look for a window when a door is shut.
